I think there are very few people who have the ability to do something extraordinary for themselves and also teach and guide people how to do that same thing in their own life. Nicole is one of those people. I met her several years ago, we were hiking and she said, "I'm done, no more yo-yo dieting, no more hating my body, I'm going to drop the weight and keep it off for good." Never once did she falter in her resolve. I not only witnessed a physical transformation - she lost more than 40 pounds - I also had the joy of watching her thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and habits around food change. No doubt her process works. What I value most is her non-judgemental nature and her willingness to ask you and herself the tough questions so you can get to the root of your eating habits and finally change them for good. Nicole is full of energy, discipline, and processes that get results. I've seen Nicole's body and perceptions around food radically change over the last several years. So often a program will focus on food, exercise, water, restrictions, etc, and while all these things are important, they miss the biggest component that prevents success, dealing with the head trash, the internal thought patterns, and the beliefs around food that continually perpetuate the same cycle. Her program tackles these issues head on, she'll hold your feet to the fire, and you can trust her because she's "been there done that." She has looked at 100s of programs and spent decades learning about weight loss, fitness, mindset, and health, and she's ready to share everything with you. It's a powerful program that can get you where you want to be and stay there.
