Live your Life and Lose your Weight, for Good
A lifelong enthusiast, I have been active since I was a little girl (although Good why my parents put their 5’1” daughter on the neighborhood basketball team still eludes me!)
While a police officer in Texas for 11 years, I earned a second-degree black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. I then became a Federal Agent for the United Stated Government. My love of long-distance running began, and I competed in over 100 marathons.
Why do I tell you this?
Despite my accomplishments, I fought my weight my entire life. Years of yo-yo dieting, shakes, pills, diet programs, and restrictve eating left me despondent and searching for the next quick fix. Instead, I gained even more weight. I knew I needed to find a long-term solution. I have lost and gained the same 40 pounds countless times. Like many, I spent endless hours and thousands of dollars looking for a permanent solution. Then one day, I had enough. I spent the next three years creating a process that changed my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you! This framework set me up for success, allowed me to lose 44 pounds, and keep it off for three years. By understanding my thoughts and learning how to eat and still enjoy life, I no longer obsess over the next meal while eating the current one. I have a deep passion to teach you how to re-define your relationship with food. After 33 years serving others in law enforcement, I am excited to help others change their lives.
